We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your canvas wall art,
you may return it within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange.
Conditions for Return
Item Condition: The canvas wall art must be returned in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Return Authorization: Contact our Customer Service team to obtain a Return Authorization Number before sending the item back.
Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
How to Return Your Item

Packaging: Carefully pack the canvas wall art in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation that were included.
Shipping: Use a trackable shipping service and keep the receipt. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
Inspection: Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund or exchange.
Refund: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed.
Exceptions
Custom Orders: Customized or personalized canvas wall art is not eligible for returns.
Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY CANVAS ART?
Yes of course. We are happy to exchange the canvas for a larger / smaller size.
Exchange requests within 24 hours of purchase can be made,
please open a request via email: support@greattness.com
Be sure to write EXCHANGE MY SIZE as the email subject line.

DAMAGED DELIVERY? (Notify within 48 hours)
In the event that the product arrives damaged, you must contact our Customer Service within 48 hours after delivery.
We'll replace it for you right away. Please take a few photos of the damage,
open a request via email: support@greattness.com

LOST SHIPMENTS
In the event of a shipment that is lost due to an error by the carrier (and after the carrier's complaint process has been completed),
